Manager - Business Strategy - Healthcare (3-6 yrs)

We are hiring for one of the fastest growing US organization in healthcare- diagnostics tools domain.

Role of Business Strategy Manager :

- Responsible to understand various processes and map them in a strategic way to provide both tactical and strategic inputs for decision makers

- The role requires to develop strategic plans around people& communication using various modes of communication that will connect employees and stakeholders

- Supporting & providing consultation to the leadership team in developing service offerings

- Work with HR and Learning team to consolidate training requirements and bring the right programs to the teams

- Ability to analyze data and provide intelligence that can be converted to actionable plans

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Charting organic and inorganic growth strategy for the organization

- Track industry & competitive landscape and provide leadership with key team market updates

- Support assessment of all aspects of business performance in the functional area: create and design appropriate measures, evaluate metrics and outputs and report on business performance and trends so that leadership (functional and enabling) can understand business performance against key indicators, risks and actions to mitigate risks

- Conduct workshops across the organization to garner stakeholder buy-in, drive innovation and elevate business planning capabilities across the leadership team

- Work with the senior leaders to communicate on key programs, work with them to create employee engagement plans and work with the employees to create visibilities of the success stories
