Job Role : - Work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives - Define Solutions and strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (Business Problems could be new market entry/new product or segment launch/ramp up of existing business/ productivity improvement) - Define strategic Blueprint and key initiatives to be undertaken by bringing key insights and trade-offs to the table - Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements. Analyse business needs and develop strategies to meet these needs - End to End program Management of key strategic initiatives identified - Drive Balanced Scorecard for the company and group universe encompassing all Markets, Business Drivers and Enablers - Establish and manage comprehensive KPIs that provide effective view of performance throughout - Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business - Support in representation of organization performance to the CEO for Management Reviews/ Investor Presentation - Establishing ways of working among the various functions/departments and Network company relationships to drive collaboration and business performance Requisites : - MBA from Premiere institute - 5+ years of experience in relevant field. Candidates for Payments industry background preferred - Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant - Exposure to Balanced Scorecard required - Understanding of market research and data analysis - Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities - Organizational and leadership skills - Proficiency with Data Analysis and BI software - Strong Problem-solving ability, detail orientation and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
