This is a critical position to manage project delivery in a growing start-up environment. 2. You will manage the analysts and clients across project types and programs to ensure that its ticks all the right boxes and brings perspective to enhance client templates 3. Manage the analyst work flow and proactively work to scale their research, analysis and presentation skills and make them efficient and effective to self-manage work flow during the day 4. Free management bandwidth from project delivery and take on client pilots and other business growth activities as well 5. Partake in pre-sales and business development efforts including taking opening client calls, evangelizing our research business, and help in creating collaterals and PoV articles. Capabilities required : 1. You bring very substantial capability to enhance an analyst's work to a superior level from an analysis, structuring, storyline and graphic standpoint. 2. You are a detail junkie and can fish out the last speck of relevant information from a deep Google search. 3. Your work reflects critical thinking, logical reasoning and an approach that eliminates redundancy from project work. 4. You have moved beyond the confines of a 9 to 5 job and understand the compulsions of client expectations and delivery. 5. You have done critical, detail oriented and challenging projects across market entry, opportunity assessments, competitive and strategic assessments in support of client strategy. 6. You are a self-starter, comfortable with less directions, and able to understand and find your way. While you have questions, you also come up with approaches and solutions. 7. You have managed 4-5 analysts while being hands on and discharging a front facing client management role. 8. In addition to core project delivery and client management, experience in responding to RFPs, pre-sales and BD support activities desirable 9. Preferable experience or understanding of ICT sector and areas like cloud, managed services, unified communications, enterprise security, etc. 10. Brings fluent communication - spoken, email and presentations - to maturely manage client expectations and relationship. 11. Proficiency across PPT, Excel and Word.
