This is a high visibility, #2 role in a highly paced environment. Capabilities Required : 1. You are at least a team/project lead or manager in a KPO, managing 4-5 team members 2. Bring competency, maturity and wisdom that reflects in your evolved thinking, analytical prowess, and project quality (what you choose to write, how your present it, etc.) 3. You are hands-on person and can individually take projects to closure if/when required 4. You have done critical, detail oriented and challenging projects across market entry, opportunity assessments, competitive and strategic assessments in support of client strategy. 5. Your experience and competency puts you in a position to jumpstart delivery from day 1 (and not a month down the line). You are quick and can deliver high impact multiple slides in a day (and not get lost reading) 6. Preferable experience or understanding of ICT sector and areas like data center, cloud, managed services, unified communications, enterprise security, etc. 7. You bring very substantial capability to enhance an analysts work to a superior level from an analysis, structuring, storyline and graphic standpoint. 8. You are a detail junkie and can fish out the last speck of relevant information from a deep Google search. 9. Your work reflects critical thinking, logical reasoning and an approach that eliminates redundancy from project work. 10. You have moved beyond the confines of a 9 to 5 job and understand the compulsions of client expectations and delivery. 11. You are a self-starter, comfortable with less directions, and able to understand and find your way. While you have questions, you also come up with approaches and solutions. 12. In addition to core project delivery and client management, experience in responding to RFPs, pre-sales and BD support activities desirable 13. Brings fluent communication spoken, email and presentations to maturely manage client expectations and relationship. 14. Proficiency across PPT, Excel and Word. Opportunity Details : 1.
