Manager - Business Reporting & Analytics/Business Intelligence - Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Design & Prepare LOB visit presentation as per the need of the leadership team.

- Preparing Delivery Leader Scorecard on monthly basis on Tableau and PowerPoint on different metrics.

- Functional plan highlighting Forecast Vs. Actual variation, analysis of controllable and uncontrollable unbilled resources.

- Managing Operations portfolio with dashboards and presentations.

- Compiling reports and making dashboard presentations on any other ad hoc leadership requirement.

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

- Excellent business writing and presentation skills with the ability to story-tell insights from data collate

- Strong business acumen and analytical skill

- Working experience in analytics areas, with hands-on experience from Insurance/banking/financial/consulting industry preferably.
