Manager - Business Process Reengineering & Quality - BFSI/BPO (7-10 yrs)
Job Role :
- Work on process excellence initiative with focus on Business process reengineering/Process transformation by developing process modeling (to-be state) and measurement system
- Ensure process standardization for the organization with an objective of optimizing business performance and reducing wastage
- Understand business need with ground level issues - regulatory /productivity improvements etc.
- Establishing of new process workflow with the help of functional SMEs
- Capture process, procedure level deviations and ensure periodic reporting
- Govern the new process rollouts and its approval across Operations and Systems
- Deploy effective metrics/KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the processes including their operational definitions and reporting frequency
- Maintain the repository of latest business processes
- Establish and monitor the benefit realization of various initiativ
- Conduct periodic process walkthroughs to identify the improvements opportunities (Process review, complaint review, exception/deviations etc)
- Implement effective process to track and report the interdepartmental SLAs
- Develop mechanism of effective process deployment
- Conduct periodic process benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Encourage all functions for establishing a sustained culture of process excellence by means of: (1) encouraging the PPM as visual management (2) strategy events to identify best practice (3) establish rewards and recognition mechanism
Qualification/ Experience:
- Post Graduate (MBA) & Six Sigma with a understanding of insurance/BFSI processes, Business workflow
- Black / Green Belt certified
- BFSI / BPO vertical
- Facilitate Kaizen, 5S and Ideation program
- Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive continuous improvement projects, aiding in project documentation and guiding through the quality certification program.
- 8~10 years experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Operations
- Have handled multiple Black / Green Belt projects.
- Knowledge of concepts of Lean and Six Sigma and other quality standards such as ISO etc
