Role: Business Process Excellence - Manager

NOTE: Looking for Non-Manufacturing background.

About the role :

- Maintain, follow and enhance the Operational Excellence custom framework developed for the company

- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to different client functional teams

- Evaluate and qualify the projects/functions to evaluate for process re-engineering /lean via liaison with business/ process owners/ lean champions

- Deliver clear quantifiable/tangible benefits at the end of each project

- Organize timely reviews for project milestones per predefined time frame in Charter/Project plan

- Circulate progress of the project through dashboards and share success stories through mailers

- Identify processes for standardization, establish process documents viz., SOPs with process owners and set up process for version control, distribution, etc.

- Capture best practices across the organization

- End-to-end process mapping in collaboration with the process owner and guiding the operations team on quality tools

- Data analysis basis stakeholder requests and delivering actionable business insights based on it

- Management reporting dashboards

- Market research on potential clients as required by the Management

- Assisting in completing documentation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) for potential clients

Required :

- Six sigma green belt certified or above

- Good analytical Skills & attention to detail

- Microsoft office expertise - Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO Strong Documentation skills

- Presentation skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Hands-on experience on MIS reporting, data aggregation techniques

- Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies to cater to functions better

- Works with minimum supervision, must be action-oriented with excellent follow-through

- Good leadership experience and strong teaming abilities

- Overall 8+ years of experience, 5+ years in quality and productivity improvement

Preferred :

- Robust project management techniques, PMP or equivalent

- Ability to develop and implement Frameworks, assist with completion of RFIs Management decks, new client material

- Can cater to Governance projects in the executive program office
