Manager - Business Process Excellence - Insurance

Candidate with experience in six sigma projects and statistical tools / techniques usage may apply.

Role :

Liaise with business teams for a detailed process documentation. Guide business users with the approach & structure in which documentation should be done

2. Ensuring periodic process reviews with business users

3. Ensure that the process details submitted by business teams are complete. Raise flags in case any details found incomplete

4. Business process flow modelling on an application called "ARIS"

5. Ensure process modelling is completed with quality

6. Required knowledge on Excel,MIS & reporting

7. Efficient in written & verbal Communications

Candidate should have a prior experience in the field of business process management

4+ years of work experience in Excellence Projects.
