We are a leading Executive Search Firm catering to different sectors. We are looking for Suitable candidates for the following position for a leading Telecom Company :

Role : Lead - Budget Control

Location : Delhi NCR

Desired Work Experience : 5-9 years

Educational Qualifications : CA or ICWA

Role Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Preparation of Budget & Actual P&L,

- Flash & Forecasting,

- Variance analysis,

- Cost KPI analysis,

- TB review,

- GL analysis,

- Cost optimization initiatives Pre & Post analysis of various business proposals,

- Financial Presentation

- Business models

- Purchase request approvals.

- Adhoc business requirements & important MIS

- Accurate Flash & Forecast of Monthly Financials - % adherence to timelines,

- Forecasting accuracy of Opex for full and final/ actualisation

- Accurate submission of AOP - % adherence to timelines

- Accurate submission of cost schedule - % adherence to timelines

- Cost savings Identified: % of cost savings implemented

- Opex and Capex approvals:% adherence to timelines, accuracy.

- EBIDTA Margins - % achievement as per AOP

- Monthly Cost analysis

- Ensuring unit rate of cost items:- AOP vs Actuals

- PR approvals - % adherence as per timelines

- Provision Management (Excluding Network) - % adherence to timeline, Accuracy

- Controller Checklist Scorecard: % achievement of controller check score

- Audit support - % adherence to timelines

Essential Attributes:

- Exposure to SAP FICO Module

- Excellent Knowledge in MS Excel/MS Access,

- Hardworking and willing to take stretching target,

- Able to work under pressure situations and should be able to lead the team,

- Good Analytical Skills,

- Ability to identify the business requirements,

- Good presentation/ interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self Driven and an excellent team player.
