- Developed a TO-BE state logistics strategy for a big industrial service provider in assisted in reducing fleet logistics expenses by up to 10% (15 Cr/Year) with a team of 2 consultants, introduced digital transformation tools such as RPA and no-code apps, as well as mentoring the team on the culture of continuous improvement.

- Designed and executed production planning processes along with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) systems for a major automotive component manufacturer (Rev: 500 Cr), resulting in dispatch plans being followed, manufacturing deadlines being apparent, inventory buffers calculated for each SKU, and premium air freight was decreased by 60%.

- Created a consulting team training pack and conducted weekly sessions for over a dozen consultants to train them in business improvement practice.
