This role reports to the Business Operations lead in India and will work closely with the co-founder and the leadership team.
Some of the current problems this team is working on:
1. Improving the sales forecasting
2. Automating sales processes to improve time sales people spend on the field
3. Define key success metrics for product usage
4. Building intelligence around product usage
5. Improving conversion rates across sales funnel to increase close rate
Your experience and skills:
- MBA from top tier program strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years of Strategic Consulting work experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel skills required, SQL preferable)
- Great writing and communication skills (English)
- Humility (this is one of our core values, check your ego at the door)
