Manager - Business Operations & Special Projects - FMCG

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Channel Performance and Continuous Improvement Processes: Ensure to create, measure, and gauge all business inputs and align those with the outcomes desired by the business. Collect, process, and perform analysis of large datasets that will help drive insights into manpower planning, Sales Performance, Improving efficiencies across the business & channels and more

2. Tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring Offtake Sales KPIs

3. Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and underperformance of retail processes, and leverage the data collected to ensure future processes are changed

4. Continually analyzing offtake data to identify performance issues, potential opportunities and opportunities for growth

5. Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels, user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, compiling funnel analysis and multichannel attribution

6. Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards

7. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and processes

8. Establish Counter and BA KPIs and conduct quality assessments on efficiency and productivity

9. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

10. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance - 3rd party and internal audit guidelines

11. Monitor the BA Channel Budgets and recommend solutions that will improve profitability and productivity

12. Coordinate with 3rd party partners to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs

13. Competitor analysis and benchmarking as a means to measure best practices within the Retail Beauty set up

14. SOP creation on Recruitment, Dashboards on Retail Processes & Efficiencies , BA Channel KRA & KPIs, Driving Sales and Incentive programs for the BA Channel

15. Budget Management & Intelligence for the BA Channel

16. Special Projects: Develop and implement the assigned project components ; Project charters, GANTT Charts etc. Prepare, evaluate, direct and complete action plans; resolve problems; complete reports/audits; identify trends; determine system requirements; plan contingencies and closure processes; implement changes and improvements. Develop and contribute information; communicate recommendations for improvements of organizational, structural, utilization, budget and other project components.
