- Be accountable for knowing the Client's organization and structure, the product(s), and the services, as well as staying up to date with Client news and developments.
- Develop a system specific to each client to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining financial reporting policies and procedures.

- Offers daily assistance to clients, their assistants, families, lawyers, and agents
- Tracks residual, profit participant and fee income payments
- Provides client insurance plan advice (including homeowners, personal liability, auto, and, if applicable, business, life, long-term care, and disability insurance)
- Prepares bonus payrolls to officers from loan out entities, Prepares more complex investment analysis reports and is aware of the underlying asset class
- Be involved in practice development, networking, etc.; serve as a mentor to the staff; develop working knowledge of retirement plans, gift and estate planning concepts; supervise the overall effectiveness of the medical and retirement plan(s) for clients; develop a working knowledge of retirement plans; and begin to get involved with client billing, collections, and profitability (realization)
