Manager - Business Management - Bank

Main Role (Overall Accountability)

Be a part of bank's Private Equity and Asset Management (PEAM) team responsible for managing investment solutions for retail and institutional customers regionally as well as globally.

Main responsibility will be to support PEAM business in expansion of its activities and provide execution support in business development & execution viz. sourcing, evaluation, documentation, closure, monitoring and exits.

Principal Accountabilities

A. Business development activities would entail pursuing organic and inorganic strategies for the following:

i. Growth in investor base

ii. Expansion of investment products and solutions

iii. Expansion of distribution channels

B. Transaction execution support entailing:

i. Deal sourcing and screening

ii. Due diligence and evaluation

iii. Deal closure and documentation

iv. Investor communication

v. Deal monitoring and exits

Personnel Specifications

Candidates are required to have good analytical, communication and presentation skills along with the right attitude to work in a demanding multi-cultural environment; desired professional qualifications and experience are outlined below:

A. Education qualifications

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent

Other professional qualifications such as CFA would be desirable.

B. Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of post MBA work experience in private equity, investment management and/ or investment advisory with a good understanding of financial markets
