The role is responsible for the on time production of all standard MIS reports and analytics and timely administration of Incentives to payroll supporting all the divisions of the company. Owner of agreements and negotiations with syndicated data vendors.

He/she heads and coaches the team and it is his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team with a strong customer service mindset perfectly cooperating with all relevant stakeholders including divisions, IT support, Trade Management and all supporting vendors.

Core Job Responsibilities:

1) Coordination of Secondary sales processing and Primary sales extraction

2) Should have experience in Sales Crediting (mandatory requirement)

3) Brand wise SKU wise secondary/primary reports to field force as per defined SLA

4) Cascade Targets to all Stake Holders.

5) Incentive administration

a. Precise estimation of Incentive Budget based on agreed methodology

b. On time Incentive Disbursement

c. Run all sales contests and reward programs based on SFE defined guidelines

6) Running periodic Incentive surveys as defined by SFE and publish the results to sales leadership

7) Support selective adhoc reports for senior team (BU heads, commercial directors) as per defined SLAs

8) Support Incentive analytics projects with SFE and finance functions

9) Ensure regular publishing of Dashboards & Scorecards

10) Query resolution

11) Leveraging IT for increased automation in MIS and Incentive administration

Education & experience:

Pharma industry:

- Graduate + MBA

- Overall 7+ years of experience, with current profile in Analytics/ Informatics / SFE

(or)

Analytics/IT industry:

- Engineer/MBA from premier institutes

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in SFE or Consulting, preferably in Pharma
