Manager - Business Intelligence - NBFC

Job Description:

- Act as an integral part of the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) with strong focus on supporting the data and analytical needs with a focus on understanding business.

- Ability to interpret data, create complex data analysis, produce presentations, identify trends/gaps and create insightful recommendations & cross-check internal & external information sources to ensure adoption of consistent process/methodologies / source data.

- Effective credit data management and infrastructure maintenance, including effective processes for validation of data and accuracy of reports generated. Ensuring completeness and timeliness of Credit MIS being reported to respective stake holders.

- Ensuring optimisation through use of automation in generating standardised decks.

- Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform adhoc analysis as required to support strategy and analyse performance & presentations.

- Coordination of the planning exercise by forecasting /modelling for credit cost numbers.

- May work with cross-functional teams to address business issues.

Skills Required:

- Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge

- Understanding of consumer credit cycle and key drivers of retail & SME products.

- Good Financial knowledge & accounting understanding.

- Should be able to work with different & diverse teams.

- Knowledge of software like visual basic, advance excel, SAS will be taken favourably.
