Business Intelligence Manager - Finance (10-12 yrs.)

An exciting leadership job opportunity with a leading, global group with a strong foothold in specialty financial services serving millions of customers across the full spectrum with at least 10 years experience in advanced data modelling and analytics techniques across different financial vertical. Our distinguished client is looking for an individual hungry to grow in a leadership position leveraging extensive experience in different business intelligence tools such as R, QlikView, Tableau. You will handle a team of developers across different cultures and business environments as well as interact with eminent, global stakeholders from different group businesses.

You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Leading technology initiatives using advanced data modelling and analytics techniques to help derive financial insights that can guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

2. Designing and delivery reports and insights to help analyze key financial and operational performance metrics.

3. Managing team of analysts and developers, and overviewing the design and delivery of analytical reports and business intelligence dashboards.

4. Delivering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in the existing solutions.

5. Strategic analysis and planning using analytics solutions developed using analytics and business intelligence tools.

6. Managing financial performance activities and consolidate information related to financial performance, balanced scorecards

7. Managing the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the requirements.

8. Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development.

9. Working with business/operations team to define the operational MIS and KPI's

The Successful Candidate:

1. BE/B Tech with MBA - Finance or relevant degree in Finance having strong business intelligence and data analytics background

2. 10-12 years- experience in financial sector with strong experience working with teams in implementing business intelligence solutions for organizations.

3. Experience on business intelligence tools such as R, QlikView, and Tableau.

4. Strong financial and accounting background specifically around financial performance reporting and balanced scorecards.

5. Very good insurance/employee benefits domain knowledge.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Global stakeholder management experience must

8. Expertise in handling large teams and expanding the existing teams

9. Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment
