Key Deliverables of the Role: - Program Manage the relevant parts of projects in ECom and D2C. - To ensure smooth transition from current as-is processes to To-Be processes based on Global Excellence Process Model - Candidate should work closely with the functional and business teams to create detailed process maps and desktop procedures - The candidate will be expected to monitor and oversee the work of relevant personnel and ensure delivery of service level agreements - Identify other non-core and complex processes which are to be taken for transformation / automation and build a business case for the same Qualification & Experience: - MBA from a premier institute with 3-5 years experience - Experience in E-Com and D2C, either in FMCG companies or in consulting / IT companies with hands-on experience on similar projects - Familiarity of delivering work processes performed through different locations and yet maintain efficiency and control - Understanding of handoffs with the sales function, process orientation for the same Required Competencies: Functional competencies: - Process knowledge of finance and supply chain process from payables, receivables, order fulfilment, planning and inventory management - Knowledge of handling shared service operations between partners - SLAs involved in driving vendors / partners and managing relationships Managerial competencies: - Strong Systems and Process Orientation - Strong customer orientation in order to deliver desired service to internal customers - Ability to document processes and ensure knowledge management - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders internally across functions of ECom and D2C, strong networking and influencing skills - Ability to work with external vendors, drive service levels and high bias for action Reporting Relationships: Upwards : Head - Business Intelligence & Digitized Process Excellence
