Position Title: Manager - Business Insights &amp; Analytics Main focus and challenge: Manager, Business Insights &amp; Analytics will be responsible for partnering with multiple business units to develop therapy specific insights and analytics that facilitate the identification of immediate and medium-term growth opportunities. Specific Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following - Insights (Customer, Market and Competition) - Analyze sales and prescription audits (IQVIA / SMSRC / CMARC etc.) and translate into - Market size and share trends - National / Regional - Relevant actionable insights related to TAs - Synthesize, Triangulate and develop - Analyses on the macro environment to facilitate strategic planning and opportunity quantification for NPIs - Data toolkits and analytics support / modelling to facilitate business &amp; strategic planning and management discussion - Organize and manage market information database/repository to track performance in Tas of our interest - Conduct specialized market analyses for business specific needs - Assist business leadership with data and insights to develop commercial strategies &amp; go-to-market models - Provide project management support in key projects Key competencies: Communication skills : - Ability to convey complex concepts and strategies, orally and in writing - Effectively conducts/facilitates meetings - Strong presentation skills - Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; - Frequent and effective follow-up Insights : - Ability to analyze complex market data - IQVIA/ SMSRC Audits, Primary/ secondary market research reports - Design right models/projections - Package &amp; present information for facilitating decision making by senior management Tools / Skills: - Quantitative Analysis, Secondary Research, Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word Requirements: - MBA/PGDM from Top B-School with 5+ yrs of experience into Sales Analytics in Pharma/Healthcare companies
