Manager - Business Finance - Manufacturing

We are looking for Business Finance manager who have experience in manufacturing, startup company.

What you'll be doing -

- Utilize expertise in FP&A and Business Finance to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.

- Manage and update operational and financial MIS in formats required by investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in business performance and develop actionable recommendations.

- Own the budgeting process for brands, including formulation, variance analysis, and publishing results to stakeholders.

- Work closely with the business to update business plans in alignment with changes in strategy and direction.

- Lead discussions on financial performance, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement, with senior leadership and stakeholders.
