Manager - Business Finance - IT

The Role:

- Will be the single point of contact for the entire business unit on finance-related queries.

- Reporting will be to the Business Finance Head of the company

- The Business Finance Manager will be closely aligned with Business Head and have an end to end P & L and cost ownership for his business unit (BU)

- Take the lead in setting up the processes to enable high growth

- Ownership of the P&L of business unit and implementing policies to support collection metrics

- Monitor the cost of the BU and take adequate steps to bring the cost in line with the budget

- Monitor KPI and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

- Prepare MIS reports and provide ad hoc reports to management

- Support controllership team in the closing book on time and meeting statutory requirements

- Work on budgeting process for the business

- Work closely with the CFO on business initiatives

Education: CA / MBA Finance Tier 1 / 2 colleges
