Manager - Business Finance - FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing (8-15 yrs)
- Ensuring timely submission of plan/ forecast/ budget
- Working with cross functional team to generate plan numbers
- Working closely with sales team to drive the targets
- Developing reports to get deeper insight in the business
- Analysis of financial statements; gross margin, net margin, selling expenses etc and working with sales team to drive these better than targets.
- Define, identify and track appropriate metrics, KPIs and associated drivers to track performance of sales team.
- Support business teams in commercial project negotiations, contract evaluation etc.
- Drive account receivable process by working with team.
- Review contracts with Customers/ dealer/ distributors.
