Job Description

- Responsible for managing the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan

- Responsible for analyzing current and past trends of key performance indicators of revenue and expenses

- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance

- Evaluate processes to improve performance and drive efficiencies

- Provide support to business teams to set up cost metrics and develop risk management framework to closely monitor and manage loan cycles, default rates, etc.

- Liaison with Business teams to frame commercial negotiation strategies

- Devise financial models and perform analysis to support strategic initiatives

- Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management by analyzing complex financial information and reports

- Responsible for Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a CA/ MBA with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in the banking and financial services domain.

- Possess a deep understanding of Banks/ NBFCs business drivers
