Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead front desk costing and manage capital budgeting processes.

2. Drive cost optimization projects to enhance financial performance.

3. Conduct new product cost analysis and oversee product control for launches.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders across factories, supply chain, and plants for operational efficiency.

5. Perform variance analysis, product costing, and value chain analysis to support decision-making.

6. Develop pricing and promotions decision-making reports.

7. Contribute to capacity expansion projects and supply chain cost improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. CA qualification is mandatory.

2. Proven expertise in cost optimization, capital budgeting, and stakeholder management.

3. In-depth knowledge of supply chain cost drivers and financial analysis.

4. Strong command of SAP and Advanced Excel.

5. Experience in pricing strategies and promotions decision-making
