Requirement:
- MBA in Finance / Qualified Chartered Accountant/ with at least 3-8 years- experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience of working in an extended (offshore-onshore) global team model would be a plus
- Strong business sense with good analytical skills required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual and periodic budgeting for the client local and overseas offices
- Prepare a detailed business plan for strategic discussions with stakeholders
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of budgeting allocation and corresponding tracking with the actual expenses to perform variance analysis on financial and operational data
- Assist in monthly MIS function to the investors/management
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Assist with budgeting and resource planning for upcoming projects
- Analyse finance processes and data and recommend corrective action.
- Overview and control on project-wise billings and collections
- Drive revenue and cost optimisation conversations with regional CEOs and functional heads
- Strong Microsoft Excel alongside good management reporting and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written business communication
- Prior team management experience would be preferred
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills

b) MBA from a Tier 1 /2 College + 2yrs experience in any Finance role

c) CA currently working in one of the Big 4
3) Interview Rounds - Initial Client HR Screening + 1) Manager FP&A 2) Director Finance 3) CFO
4) Candidate Location - The client is open to looking at candidates currently based anywhere in India but keen to relocate to Gurgaon.
