Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models to provide actionable insights.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

Budget Management:

- Oversee and manage the preparation of budgets and financial plans.

- Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for optimization.

Cost Control:

- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operations.

Revenue Optimization:

- Analyze revenue streams and recommend strategies for maximizing profitability.

- Monitor and report on key financial metrics.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.

- Present financial insights and recommendations to the Co-founder and board members.

Process Improvement:

- Streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a finance or business finance role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.

- Familiarity with financial systems and tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
