We have an opening for Manager - Business Excellence/ Process Excellence - IT Projects with a financial services MNC in Delhi NCR
Candidate must have exposure to IT projects/ processes.
The role involves -
- Design effective process and management system solutions
- Assess the performance and capability of processes
- Skilled at consulting clients, communicating effectively, leading change
- Effective at helping leaders and teams build capability to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills -
- Lean expertise
- Consulting skills
- Change management skills
- Project management skills
Education and Experience -
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Hands-on knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, CMMI or other process improvement methodologies preferred
- Should have completed at least 5 (GB+BB) projects
- Should have experience of mentoring and imparting trainings
