Manager - Business Excellence - Manufacturing

One of our clients, a company belonging to a very large Indian group is looking for a Manager - Business Excellence to be based in Hyderabad.

The candidate should be a MBA with 3 + years of relevant experience in Business Excellence / Process improvement / quality with industry background of manufacturing

Accountabilities :

- Plan and implement the strategy to drive BE across the organization and implement.

- Form CFTs to execute the GBEM framework. Identify and interact with organization for benchmark purposes.

- Building a Customer Focused Organization

- Plan strategize and implement the strategic initiative and form CFTs, by VOC analysis & actions & tracking improvements by suitably constructed C-Sat programs across the Service Delivery Chain

- Stakeholder Management - Coordinate Facilitation Committee with stakeholders and Regulatory bodies to identify CIP implement projects

- Design & Implement IMS, 5S, Kaizen, CIP initiatives across the organization

- Support Business excellence in terms of application writing, follows up, meeting follow up, compilation of application & related work.

- Ensure execution of BCFO initiative through C-SAT survey, Awareness training & Campaign

- Track & ensure closer of all OFI's from BE perspective
