1. JOB PURPOSE
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities:
- Lean Six Sigma Professional
- Leading Transformational Programs
- Work along with India head of transition to manage and lead Six Sigma projects supporting US and UK operating entities
- Using systems thinking skills, overlay opportunities on our current operating model and use LEAN and hypothesis based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques to uncover the root cause of inefficiencies and issues
- Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model which includes recommendations on automation, workflows, web applications, data science and employee training opportunities to improve the client experience
- Conduct a series of design sessions or test proposed solutions though experiments so that only the best ideas reach development and deployment teams.
- Continue to keep the previously defined target operating model and continue to influence partners through change roadmaps and improvement backlogs to delivers the objectives of an ultimate client experience.
- Help operations team with Capacity Insights for planning of FTE and The Business Excellence Manager will have responsibility to Lead Lean 6 Sigma Improvement projects in the organization and further drive the continuous improvement culture in the operations.
- Will play a support role for Ops teams to build a Transformation strategy with an execution rigor for a large FTE Operations Unit across accounts, by leveraging Lean, Digital Transformation, identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective Ops Manager and facilitating launch of projects around these opportunities
- Leading high impact Six Sigma and Lean projects Mentoring Yellow Belt, Green Belt & Black Belt. Run Kaizen program to sustain the CI journey, build client focused data insights, identify RPA opportunities, and drive operational insights, etc
- This position reports to AMH BSC India Head of Transitions and PMO enable them derive capacity gains achieved through target re-baselining.
- Create a roadmap of Transformation and CI initiatives in co-ordination with functional leads & business heads
- Demonstrate ability to challenge existing processes where they do not align with the Target Operating model and suggest solutions to bring fungible workforce across operations.
- Leading high impact Six Sigma and Lean projects Mentoring Yellow Belt, Green Belt & Black belt. Manage and Lead Change management
Skills & Desired Experience:
- Total Overall experience of 12+ years, with at least 3 - 5 years in process re-engineering / redesigning domain, and Transformation
- Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Mandatory)
- Expert level knowledge of tools to collect, aggregate, segment and analyze data e.g., MS Excel, Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, and Mini Tab (Mandatory)
- Hands-on knowledge of and certification in various improvement frameworks (LEAN, Six Sigma, AGILE, Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, Customer Journey mapping)
- RPA opportunity assessment, Process & Digital Transformation skills, Consulting Skills, Analytical skills, Proficient in MS office
- Experience in managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and target operating model design using Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to assess data model and data flows and facilitate automation and process design workshops.
- Strong consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and question to understand the business problem, analysis, provide insight and advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive, data-rich presentation skill
Education & Certifications:
- PGDM/ MBA from premier institution or a similar qualification
- Training and certification in digital programs/transformation, Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar experience
- Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
