Job role :

1) Internal review of company's processes. Gap analysis in processes against defined policies and circulars of different departments

2) Strengthen internal quality assurance processes to minimise downstream issues and liaise with internal auditors to ensure correctness of scope for departmental audits on an ongoing basis

3) Drive large departmental projects, cross functional projects and projects involving IT change, drive improvement projects across departments & do cost benefit analysis of various initiatives and projects

4) Review and report projects progress to senior management

5) Help improve process maturity of existing key processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Influence and motivate the departments to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement

- Advice, guide and monitor departmental Continuous Improvement projects teams on implementation of improvement projects to deliver quality results on time and with proper six sigma/pdca rigor. Help teams perform high level analytics using tools like Mini tab on determining, monitoring and improving key processes maturity

- End to End project management of improvement projects and reporting performance measures to the head of the department

- Help improve project management discipline across departments and regional offices

- Motivate and influence to create culture of systematic process improvement and data driven decision making

- Lead, coach, train and mentor teams on Business excellence

- Help departments to create process control and management like metrics, monitoring systems etc

- Guide teams in creating project collaterals and

- Help in analyzing and reporting performance review reports of various teams on a monthly basis

- Ensure information is available and up to date about BE department, initiatives etc. through communication and intranet

- Support team to institutionalize Yellow belt certification process. Establish creative methods to motivate and engage departments

Need a MBA having relevant 8+ years of experience.
