An Architectural hardware MNC based is looking for a Business Excellence Manager based in Mumbai.
About the Job:
1. To enhance Business Process Environment to drive Operational excellence, maximize customer experience and improve customer satisfaction
2. To work on projects/areas identified as Strategic and lead them to successful implementation following an agile and Lean Six Sigma / Project management approach
3. Liaison with Stakeholders in the creation of a holistic Dashboard / New process creation / Process Automation / Digitization
4. To create a Quality Training framework, and conduct training on Various Quality Tools, Drive Organization-wide Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Requirements:
1. CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY) Six Sigma(Black Belt) / Project Management Professional / Data Analytics
2. EXPERIENCE 5-15 Years of relevant experience
3. ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience in Digitization
