Manager - Business Excellence (8-15 yrs)
The candidate will be the part of Business Excellence role and should be able to partner in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the function
- Evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks, conveying the need for change and manage projects / initiatives around them ensuring timely delivery
- The candidate will also play a key role in providing analytical support to the function along with compiling, preparing reports / dashboards, scorecards and other relevant documents applicable to the respective functions
- To convert process flows / fact findings into case study / story boards, identifying, analyzing gaps and bridge them; helping function/s emerge as efficient
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by the Function
