PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY : - Determine the sales targets for the team and ensure that they are met on time. - Propose new methods to strategically improve sales. - Coordinate with other departments to achieve set deadlines. - Supervise the team with policies and procedures of the company. - Hire and recruit sales staff by coordinating with the HR Team. - Train, evaluate and monitor the performance of sales representatives. - Use customer feedback to create approaches about new features or products - Prepare regular sales forecasts. - Prepare follow up reports of the monthly sales. - Monitor the impact of the new policies implemented to generate sales growth. - Ensure a good relationship with the clients. - Determine new opportunities through market research. - Evaluate the potential risks and threats in the future. CANDIDATE PROFILE : - Min. 7 years of account experience, digital and/or traditional, in a social media agency or an advertising agency - Demonstrated experience of directly managing a team of 6-8 or more people - Highly-motivated, competitive people - Intelligent, tech-savvy, hard-working, fun-loving individuals - Strong team player - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking - Experience with meeting deadlines and managing timelines effectively - Exceptional attention to detail - Extensive experience using social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) - Excellent project management skills - Problem Solving - Creative thinkers and Social Media Fanatics a Plus - Undergraduate/P.G degree required
