- You will be responsible for increasing the company's revenues in Performance Tapes business for automotive, transportation, appliances, electronics, building & construction, and General Industrial applications by developing Business Growth & Expansion Strategies around market penetration and sales execution to consistently attain and exceed assigned goals.


- Your role will include Business Development, Sales Generation (secondary sales as well as primary sales) from new business lines, products, expansion of network. The job would require efficient management of working capital and services offering . You will work closely with the Tier suppliers in Automotive & Durables convertors to develop and grow the business.

- Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in new accounts and in new product lines

- Current position will have a mix of Individual Contribution as well as managing a team of high performance Individuals to meet the defined objectives

- Create & execute account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives

- Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand

- Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills

- Experience in accurately forecasting and managing the sales of a high growth business

- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit their findings and analysis to team and management

- Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals

- Conduct analysis and execute planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers

- Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers

- Key Accounts Specific: Responsible for needs analysis, development, negotiation, sales, delivery, and post-sale services to a group of clients

- Maintain customer profiles and supply agreements

- Establish pricing programs and strategies. Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts

- Efficient management of Working Capital / DSO

- Responsible for Business Development
