Job Description

- The candidate will be responsible for financial forecasts, reports and analysis to ensure that sound business plans are developed and implemented and that appropriate mechanism are in place to monitor business results against official targets

Description

- Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders

- Support Top Management with briefing kits for client engagements and other external stakeholders such as industry bodies, corporations, etc.

- Drive the IT/Systems initiatives for the Corporate Strategy and ensure the successful and timely delivery

- As part of Top Management refresh, prepare environment scan, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically

- Anchor business and operational reviews periodically. Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the top Management prior to the reviews

Profile

Experience

- Desired 4 to 8 years of combined experience in electric utility operations, solar/renewable resource integration, distribution planning/engineering, or electric industry consulting

Educational Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM

Skills

- Superior project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and varying team members in a successful manner

Authority

- Negotiations of PPA tariff or certain terms and conditions with private Parties within the approved limit.

- Carrying out policy study with 3rd party below a certain budget.

- Any tariff above threshold approved by Board
