We are HIRING Business Development Manager for our client - a Staffing Firm backed by world-renowned investors such as Samara Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Janchor Partners with the objective of building a leading Human Resources and Services organization.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsible for new client acquisition, account mining, client servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development

- Understanding of Trade marketing programs
- Know how to open doors for new customers
Skill Set:
- Minimum 4 years of Managerial level of experience
- Prior experience in experience in pitching Integrated Marketing Services (Retail Marketing, Events, Retail Audits, Visual Merchandising, BTL Activation, Retail Branding, etc. )
- Good communication/presentation skills
- Good Negotiation specialist
