Manager - Business Development - Staffing (10-15 yrs)
JOB Description - Business Development Manager (Staffing Background)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the INDIAN Software market and the System requirements of potential customers.
- Conduct feasibility study, formulate methods and procedures for obtaining data.
- Increasing client base
- Follow strategic plans to market application & services, pricing strategies by balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals to RFP, RFI and IFB
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Coordinate with Technical Team in developing project estimates and technical solutions/proposals
- Coordinate with the recruiters and project managers
- Design and develop marketing literature and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for projects and services.
- Forecast sales, and the developments and trends in the industry.
- Maintain and build a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders and negotiating with stakeholders
- Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating, and negotiating with clients for business generation.
- Should have extensively worked in Product development sales.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills to manage the Clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations.
- Needs to come with STRONG PRODUCT, SERVICE/ CONTRACT
