Manager - Business Development - Staff Augmentation (7-9 yrs)
Work timings : 6:30PM to 3:30AM
This is a TL role, so the person will handle a team.

Job Description :
- Lead and scale the Business Development team.
- Evolve and scale business, leveraging data to drive top-line growth and improve profitability.
- Contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and supporting other key business outcomes.
- Engage in consultative relationship-building to develop sales opportunities through a combination of prospecting through inbound leads and hunting.
- Develop, manage, and maintain industry contacts with decision makers and influencers. Propose and implement strategies to expand revenue and accounts.
- Keep current on the company's product and solutions, and industry trends.
Skills Required :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and Energetic personality.
- Experience of working in American and European markets.
- Proficient in managing & coordinating between the clients and delivery teams to help develop and deliver the desired solution.
- Staff augmentation, client Retention, requirement gathering, and client interaction.
- Minimum 4 years of experience required in the same domain.
