Manager - Business Development/Sales - Domestic BPO (6-10 yrs)
1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities ( For Domestic Market); coordinating business generation activities; Looking for solutions.
2. Key Account Management
3. To generate new business (to get BPO processes - Domestic for the organization) Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
6. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client till the closing of process
7. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
8. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
1.Must have experience in Client Acquisition, Business Acquisition (Getting BPO business from prospect clients) with domestic clients.
