Role: Business Development Manager: Retail Expansion (EBO)
- Lead the retail expansion strategy and identify potential markets for new store openings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers and competitors in each market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate the opening of new stores.
- Assess potential risks associated with property acquisitions and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute expansion plans successfully.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to drive footfall and increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team regarding the progress of retail expansion and business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree
- Work Experience: 5-7 Years with in the Retail Apparel industry
- Strong business development acumen
- Proven track record in successful new store openings
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Analytical Thinking
