About the client:

Our client is one of the largest diversified retail groups in Congo and is actively engaged in a diverse range of business activities such as Manufacturing, Trading and Distribution, Retail, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical and many more services. They have their own distribution outlets including supermarkets and are in the process of enlarging the surface of the existing outlets to twice and are currently in a mode of expansion in major cities of Congo.

About the role:

- Contacting potential clients for Distribution Opportunities in DRC.

- Negotiating contracts with existing key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's goals.

- Ensuring all the marketing and Strategic initiatives of the Client are implemented in the territory.

- Ensuring the right information flow between clients and company on a timely manner.

- Ensure preparation of Promotion & Marketing plans, and timely disbursement of Marketing & Promotional Activity funds.

- Looking out for new opportunities /organizations for Distribution for DRC territory.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key brands' needs are met.

- Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure the development of the Key Accounts in terms of volume, market share, new market penetration.

- Liasioning with the Key Brands' team and acting as host for any business and market visits.
