Role
- Identifying and developing new franchisees for the brand in his region.
- Meeting with franchisees & explain the franchise model (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) & convert.
- Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new retail stores in their respective regions.
- Retail property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants.
- Location & Catchment Analysis for new Store Locations, negotiations, acquiring and finalizing new properties.
- Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring the business licenses.
- Regular guidance to franchises in all the aspects related to store opening.
- Internal coordination with Projects, finance & legal dept. till the time store is operational.
Must have :
- Ideal candidate should have 2- 3 years of work ex post MBA.
- Willingness for extensive travel.
- Go-getter with excellent convincing skills, attitude to learn, entrepreneurial thinking mindset & ability to think innvovatively.
- High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team based environment.
Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
