Manager - Business Development - Residential Property (5-10 yrs)
- Proactively engage in business development activities through research, intel, networking, internet, cold calling, industry seminars for the selected vertical and leverage existing relationships of other business units.
- To assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interactions, and support in preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, pitch books and presentations.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Build network with Ultra HNI/HNI clients for Ultra luxury/luxury Residential property sales.
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching their investment/residential needs.
- Planning various approaches and pitches.
- Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- To achieve organisation's written down sales targets.
- Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
- Participating in Negotiation meetings with buyer & Seller.
- Support transactions advisory team to effectively execute and conclude transactions
