Manager - Business Development - Recruitment/Staffing Industry (6-13 yrs)

We have an excellent opportunity for the Business Development & Sales professional with expertise in the Recruitment/Staffing Industry.

Designation: Manager Business Development.

We are looking for candidates with below-mentioned traits:

- Expertise in Client acquisition & Business development with Non-IT categories.

- Expertise in managing clients & respective accounts for Senior level & C-Level Staffing/ recruitment business.

- Experience in Managing existing client base & explore opportunities for new business in the market.

- Expertise in Interaction with Leadership level entities at the client end.

Below mentioned are the job-specific Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business by driving sales in existing accounts as well as new accounts through inside sales activities for the Executive Search and Assessment verticals.

- Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets, prospecting, qualification, account mapping and online presentations

- Effectively utilize available sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (forecasting), developing monthly, quarterly level forecasts

- Generate leads by using networking, social media platforms, developing and driving email campaigns and other sales tools (Researching on companies' needs, generate interest and develop accounts)

- Identify key steps to close the sale, identify the decision maker and influencers etc.

- Generation of new sales leads via email/telephone contact with potential customers.

- Strong Communication Skills

- Adequate experience in research of new databases from various websites and professional networking platforms

- Establishing and maintaining the appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets at Pan India level.
