ROLE

This role is responsible for the revenue generation for the Organization by planning and successful execution of the sales and marketing strategies for all products, to maximize sales and business performance. Raise the profile and image of all the products, and maintain effective working relationship with the team. Lead a team of marketing strategy, marketing automation, and business development across the region.

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

- Responsible for increasing sales growth and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve revenue targets and business goals

- Analyse and review the market response/ requirements and communicate the same to the senior management for the accomplishment of the business goals.

- Formulate plan to achieve monthly target and track achievement versus target on a daily basis.

- Responsible for developing business by acquiring new customers/ Clients and by expanding the industries and geographies.

- Responsible for attending customer queries and providing proper solution in a timely manner.

- Responsible for conducting daily meetings and effectively plan and schedule work.

- Conduct competitor analysis and trends for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Participate in seminars, to be aware of the latest trends in the market and promoting company's services.

- Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve repeat/ referral business.

Key Accounts and Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure continuous interaction with the new/ existing customer to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels.

- Lead by example; demonstrate excellent customer service to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new service introductions.

- Negotiate with prospective clients in order to maximize the profits.

EDUCATION/ DESIRED PROFILE

- Graduate / MBA with 4-7 years of experience in business to business sales preferably in HR domain.

- Experience &Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and knowledge of structuring business development goals and revenue expectations.

- Experience in planning sales and marketing strategies and successful public relations efforts.

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients and willingness to follow up and bring business.
