1. Product Knowledge & Market knowledge
2. Enhancing organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing / business development strategies
3. Contribution to the business development unit of RATING-sharing of best practices, interaction with counter parts
4. Adaptable to market developments and Endeavour to obtain clients
5. Completion of the commitments in the due time frame
6. Competitive intelligence/ Report System efficiency
Other Skills :
1. Tracking case completion with Rating group on a regular basis
2. Brand Building Strategies / Corporate Communication
3. Ability to liason and maintain a cordial relation with the client & Takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction
4. Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs & Dedicated to meeting the expectations of customers
5. Monitoring market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
6. New Business development initiatives
7. Ensuring that the required documentation is complete for all new business opportunities.
8. Ensuring that the BD Team work effectively and prioritize workloads
9. Leading & guiding the Business Development Team
10. Handling meetings with the key clients
