Manager - Business Development - Railway Sector

This is a permanent position with one of our client who are expertise in Railway projects.

They are looking for candidates who a have the experience in Railway sector and their responsibilities includes

- Managing and Guiding a group of Senior Engineers & Assistant Managers for submission of Pre-qualifications & Expression of Interests

- Support to Tendering group for New tenders and Identifying new opportunities

- Identifying the new projects and respective customers for the sectors related to Highways, Railways, Infrastructure

- Corporate strategy for Venturing into new Business Lines

- Identification of Risks and mitigation of risks while exploring opportunities

- Identification of business prospects both national or international

- Generation of deals for services that focuses on Oil & gas projects, Infrastructure including market analysis

- Expanding business portfolio

- Networking and exploring opportunities

- Joint Ventures and MOUs with present & prospective partners(Generic MOUs & Specific)

- Leading Marketing activities

- Developing New clients in fields of Buildings & Industrial

- Market intelligence

- Organizing and attending business meets

- Marketing and branding

Qualification - MBA

Maximum CTC - Depending upon the candidate suites with our requirement
