Manager - Business Development - QSR Industry (8-14 yrs)
Looking to hire Business Development Manager for Leading QSR Industry @ Delhi/ NCR & Mumbai. Must have local market experience.
- Market Research - Understanding of micro-markets/ catchments
- Research retail brands and understand their business dynamic
- Rental bench marking.
- Property Assessment - Gather information and assess the property to understand its strengths and challenges.
- Property Attributes Dimensions and layout to assess seating capacity
- Responsible for Mapping/Exploring/Driving opportunities for locations like Airport, Metro Stations/ Educational Campuses etc.
- Streamlining and coordinating with Regions for site acquisition ensuring timely delivery of targeted sites.
- Analysis of Data pertaining to property acquisitions, reports compilation for internal and international team.
- Involved in Site Visits, Approvals, Technical Visits, Negotiate Commercials, Sharing Agreement Discussion & Signing, Project Possession and Opening New Outlets.
- Review all property related documents and ensure compliance followed.
- Coordinate License related documents, Electricity load enhancement, landlord scope of responsibilities, investment by landlord/ developer etc.
- Liaison between Regional business Development Team and other departments in the Corporate - Legal, Operations, Accounts, Projects and Corporate Affairs.
