Manager - Business Development - Property Acquisition - Retail

We are hiring for Business development Manager - Property Acquisition for a leading retail client.

Job Responsibilities are given below :

- Responsible for business development and strategy planning.

- Responsible for site identification, catchment analysis, market mapping, commercial negotiations, property feasibility report, re-negotiations etc.

- Co-ordination with legal, project and operation team respectively.

- Co-ordination for license management.

- Responsible for due diligence and legal/contract management.

- Responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/leasing) PAN India.

- Strengthening existing franchisees and exploring further growth opportunities through them.

- Building Relationships with various Business Development Associates (BDA), investors and consultants.

- Responsible for expansion in different formats like COCO, COFO, FOFO etc.

- Business Expansion refers to opening EBO stores.
