Manager - Business Development - Project Sales - Building Material/Sanitaryware (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for "Business Development Manager - Project Sales" with one of the reputed MNC deals in Sanitary ware (Building Materials).
Position - Business Development Manager (Project Sales)
Required Education and Experience :
- MBA with 4+ year's sales/marketing experience in dealing directly with contractors/project owners
- Should have proven track record with project planning, specification, procurement departments and familiar in networking with Developers, Architects and Designers at Senior / Associate levels
- Good experience & understanding on Product & projects Business
Key Result Areas :
- Making LWT brands as the preferred brand in projects
- Identify new and quality projects and focus on potential clients to ensure conversion
- Deliver on sales targets, & manage end to end deals
Main Activities and Responsibilities :
- Prepare proposal inline to the need of the local developer. Responsible for preparation of specification and mock ups for all project wins.
- Maintain Long term relationship with External Stakeholders like Developers, Designers, Architects, & all Key Clients in Project.
- Dealing with interior designers, PMCs, contractors who specialize in executing turnkey projects business.
- Handle officials (dealer development team / project managers/ facility managers) of leading Retail / Automobile chains, IT offices etc.
- Deliver results through Value Engineering & Increase in Product margin mix.
- Ensure LWT to be specified in all Projects it enters & convert it from the competition.
- Identify emerging new users & areas for increasing the product sales
- Focus on the key clients & develop long term relationships
- Ensure coverage of underrepresented/ un-represented areas. Identify weak markets and create developmental plans / programs.
- Identification of projects coming up in PAN India and Subcon.
- Support by Sales/ Business/ Zonal Managers for follow-up with developer.
- Review and support for mock-up approvals.
- Initial Negotiations
- Facilitate final Negotiation
Require skills :
- Proficiency in having dealt with interior designers, PMCs, contractors, Builders who specialize in executing turnkey projects business.
General Knowledge and Technical Skills :
- Sound relationship management skills and ability to work under informal work settings. Incumbent should be fluent & excellent communicator
